The Fall weather has been fantastic with the exception of just a few rainy and windy days. We are still working the West Van, Capilano River area even with some lumpy conditions. Catches remain good but not great most days. Fish run up the river during the rainy days and it slows down for a day or so, until fresh stocks arrive. How about those late run Coho, up to 15 pounds and four a day. Unfortunately they were all wild and must be released. Such a sporty and scrapy fish. Those that visit our great city for the Olympics and choose to go fishing are in for a real treat. Our Winter fishery, is looking real good.
